[re #12521] Implemented update of already existing severities, removed unused methods

  • Created update of already existing fields in core package (rn, we can also save the metadata of the already existing objects that are created in the beggining of the proejct initialization)
  • Removed unused methods
  • Implementation according to the customer's requirements
