[re #12395] Added missing references in codebase that caused application erors

I went through whole codebase and the missing references were only in the init method.

I tried to replicate the error before and after the fix on this project and the issue no longer appears - now after saving, removing and saving that project again, the application works as expected and succesfully saves the project again. 🐖
