[re #12345] Migrated another services

In this MR, I successfully migrated another services to use the services from core package.

  • Migrated services that saves data into tables: Severity, Status, Resolution, WuType, Iteration
  • The old services are being deleted after successful migration
  • The JiraWorkItemService may be separated into more smaller services in the future, but for now, the main goal is to be using the core services ASAP
