[re #12160] Added support for mining project, projectinstances, resolution and tool instances

  • We can now mine data into spade tables: project, projectInstances, toolInstances, resolution (90% of them - there is still +- 10% things we need to ask Mr. Pícha)
  • Prepared userService for saving data into table person -> rest will be done in the future
  • Created mapping function in resolution -> we need to map data between resolution and resolutionClassification - which is enum
