[re #12203] Initiated Git user pumping

I have been working on the Git pump with Person data listing (and related GitHub inheritance)

  • Removed super call on collectDetailedData() of GitHub pump
  • Added standard run() method to GitConfigurationService
  • Initiated GitUserService data extraction
