Enable HTTPS also on Kibana

See https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/security-basic-setup-https.html#encrypt-kibana-browser and update the "setup" service command in ./ansible/roles/elastic-with-kibana/files/docker-compose.yml accordingly.
